A self help support group for Aspergers, Autism or ADHD sufferers and their carers, relatives and parents. Come along and share your experiences.

High Peak Diabetic Self Help Group
Help and advice for anyone with Diabetes in North West Derbyshire.
Meet at Buxton Fire Station on the third Monday of each month, 7-9pm.

Peak Fitness is FREE fitness for ALL. Do you want to become fit, lose weight or has your doctor advised you to be more active? Come and try walking or jogging. You will start gently and progress at your own pace.
