We have been given details of the following self help groups by the people responsible for running them. They are in no way connected to The Stewart Medical Centre, but may be of benefit to some of our patients.

Peak Fitness is FREE fitness for ALL. Do you want to become fit, lose weight or has your doctor advised you to be more active? Come and try walking or jogging. You will start gently and progress at your own pace.
This friendly group welcomes anyone with health issues, families, able bodied individuals and all ages, sizes and abilities.
